Terms of Service
Security notice. USDT Generator will never ask you for a seed phrase (recovery phrase), a private key, a password, an SMS code or your phone number. Wallets are connected only through the official TON Connect protocol inside your own wallet app. Never share these secrets with anyone claiming to be us.
1. What USDT Generator is
USDT Generator is a Web3 gaming and rewards platform delivered as a Telegram Mini App (and a companion website) on the TON (The Open Network) blockchain. Users collect a game token called USDT through a passive generator, a mini-game, daily rewards and an optional referral program. It is an entertainment product operated by the GHTE Ecosystem team.
2. No financial promises
USDT Generator is not an investment product, a trading platform or financial advice. We do not promise profit, income or any particular value of USDT. Reward amounts may change. You use the service at your own risk and for entertainment.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal age in your country and allowed by local law to use crypto-related services. One person may keep one account. Creating multiple accounts, using bots, scripts, emulators or any automation to obtain rewards is prohibited.
4. Rewards, limits and withdrawals
- Timers and anti-fraud checks are enforced on our servers.
- Withdrawals are sent on-chain to a TON wallet address you provide. The current minimum is 0.067 USDT and withdrawal requests are accepted every day. These conditions can change.
- Completed payouts are published (amount, shortened wallet, transaction hash) in the public channel @GHTE_Transactions. Your Telegram identity is not published.
- Ad-based rewards are available only in the Telegram app. Videos are shown only after you tap a button.
5. Wallets
On the website you sign in by signing a free text message with your wallet (TON Connect ton_proof). This is not a transaction, costs nothing and cannot move your funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet.
6. Prohibited conduct and enforcement
We may reject, reverse or withhold rewards and withdrawals, and suspend accounts, that we reasonably believe involve abuse, fraud, multi-accounting, automation, exploitation of bugs or violation of these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, rewards, limits or the service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, network or blockchain failures, third-party services (Telegram, TON, wallets, ad networks) or losses caused by your own actions such as sharing secrets with third parties.
9. Third parties
The service relies on third parties such as Telegram, the TON blockchain, wallet apps, Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection) and rewarded-ad networks. Their own terms apply to their services.
